Our Solutions

Digital two-way radio networks provide a range of benefits for your business. From group communications and individual calls on private secured networks to low-cost GPS tracking and monitoring. The operational benefits of digital two-way radios are countless when compared to the days of analogue radio.

When mission-critical communication is essential or day to operations require a reliable network Digital radio solution are the only way to go.

Karera is partnered with multiple premier manufacturers, we so never just offer you an out of box solution, and with a large range of technologies including DMR, Tetra, P25, LTE, Analogue and NXDN to choose from, we always deliver the best solution for your budget.

Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) is a limited open digital standard (ETSI) released in 2005 and used in commercial products around the world.

The primary goal of DMR is to offer a digital radios system with low complexity, low cost and interoperability across brands so radio communications purchasers are not locked into a proprietary solution. However many brands have introduced additional beneficial proprietary features that make their product offerings non-interoperable with other brands.

Project 25 (APCO-25) is a suite of standards for digital mobile radio communications designed for use by public safety organizations in North America.

P25 radios are a direct replacement for analogue UHF radios but add the ability to transfer data as well as voice, allowing for a more natural implementation of encryption or messaging. P25 radios are commonly implemented by dispatch organizations, such as police, fire, ambulance and emergency rescue service, using vehicle-mounted radios combined with handheld options.

Terrestrial Trunked Radio TETRA is a European standard for a trunked radio system, TETRA was specifically designed for use by government agencies, emergency services,

(police forces, fire departments, ambulance) for public safety networks, rail transport staff for train radios, transport services and the military. TETRA is the European version of trunked radio, similar to P25.

Long-Term Evolution (LTE) is a standard for wireless broadband communication for mobile devices and data terminals, based on the GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA technologies.

It increases the capacity and speed using a different radio interface together with core network improvements. The goal of LTE is to increase the capacity and speed of wireless data networks using new digital signal processing techniques and modulations that were developed around the turn of the millennium. Some manufacturers are using LTE/ DMR/ Tetra multimode devices to incorporate rich broadband technologies while ensuring that critically important voice services remain accessible using multimode smart devices.
